Products I Repurchase...
As a beauty blogger, I test many products throughout the year. Afterall, the goal is to find the "best" things, whether it's moisturizer, lip liners, or anything in between. A lot of brands tend to launch similar items and of course, I get drawn into the releases but many times, I find myself going back to "old school" items in my kit. This post is a list of the things I find I reach for and repurchase time and time again.
Gel Eyeliner: MAC Fluidline-There are a million color choices that MAC offers and this gel liner is the ONLY liner I have found to last through tears, sweat, and humidity. I tend to use it as tightliner on my lash line for a natural look. Most other gel liners flake on me but this one doesn't. Plus, it's one of the more affordable gel liners.
Pencil Eyeliner: Milani Liquif'eye-This liner is about one of the BEST pencil liners I've ever come across. Sure the company doesn't put out but like 6 colors but honestly, unless you're needing a hot pink or some fancy shade, you can definitely get your basic colors from Milani. And the other perk... for the price of one brand name liner, you can get at least 2 Milani Liquif'eye liners.
Powder Blush: Korres Blush-This brand makes blushes with extra sparkles. No, I don't mean glitter but rather a finely milled luminous sheen. Their blushes tend to look great on all skin colors too. Plus, they are quite pigmented so you don't need a lot.
Cream Blush: MAC Cremeblend-Hands down my favorite blush for an everyday look. I always get compliments on my skin when I wear these blushes. It's because they invoke luminous, healthy skin when you wear them because of their creamy factor. If you want the glowy look, you should definitely try these.
Foundation: None in this category. I've yet to come across a foundation that I've repurchased... They always seem to have SOMETHING wrong with them, no matter what brand or price.
Lipstick: Giorgio Armani-I'm really not big on lipsticks but I tend to reach for my Armani lipsticks a lot. They're pigmented and creamy and they don't dry out my lips. My mother really loves the Armani lipstick on me when I wear it so that's a good sign! Yes, they are somewhat pricey but truly, they are better than other Chanel and Bobbi Brown lipsticks I own.
