Review: I bought this product a little less than a year ago and I stopped using it for awhile because the Laura Mercier Mineral Foundation Powder I bought to use with it was getting too dark for my skin color (it changed due to the winter season and acne treatments). Originally, it's supposed to be used on top of mineral foundation to set it (make it stay longer and not wear off). However, when I looked back in my makeup drawer today I decided to pull it out to use it on my face to try and get rid of the oily areas, because I always get oily after a few hours (despite not ever using foundation or any products that would make it oily). So I tapped some powder onto the lid of the container, used my big Ecotools brush to swirl it, and then swiped it on my face. Talk about TA-DA effect! It completely banished the oily effect yet was light enough that my high-lighter still subtly showed through. I am so pleased with this product's versatility that I'm going to use it daily as a oil-controller! It takes only a little bit of the product (too much looks flakey and cakey) and it's not harmful to use daily. Well worth the money. Definitely.
